Fios
Our Magazine Fios (Fios
in Gaelic means knowledge) was originally intended as a medium
through which the local community could express itself. It is
a non sectarian, non political agent and carries articles on
local development initiatives, local history, memories, and other
items of interest.

The original aim was to concentrate on articles written by
locals, which with the passage of time proved to be a difficult
agenda,
and more recently items of a wider general interest have appeared
from other sources.
The magazine is now published by the Development Group twice
a year, at Christmas and in the Summer. Selling at a price
of one pound sterling plus postage, it is a good read for the
money.
