Rural Community Network & Rural Support Networks NACN is one 12 Sub-regional Rural Support Networks (RSN’s) who, along with the Rural Community Network (RCN) and Northern Ireland      Rural Womens Network, collectively comprise a comprehensive Northern Ireland wide Rural Community Development Networking Infrastructure (RCDNI) which can facilitate rural community development and        networking on a local and regional basis across rural Northern Ireland. This two-tiered approach to partnership working recognises and values the knowledge and expertise that exists at the regional and sub-regional levels within these individual organisations and beyond through their respective memberships. This creates a legitimacy and an associated sense of collective ownership of what we are trying to achieve.
